01Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit our websites, request a free audit, purchase a Service, or otherwise interact with us. We aim to be transparent and to collect only the information we need to operate and improve the Services.
By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
02Who we are

Brand Converts™ is a product line of Digital Nuclei. In this Policy, "we," "us," and "our" refer to DACS DYNAMO-KIN Inc. and Digital Nuclei.
You can reach our privacy contact at support@brandconverts.com.

Our websites use a small number of cookies and similar technologies, primarily for security, basic functionality, and (where applicable) for our payment processor's checkout flow. We do not currently use third-party advertising or behavioral tracking cookies.
Most browsers let you refuse cookies or alert you when one is set. Disabling cookies may affect parts of the Services, particularly checkout.

We are based in Canada, and several of our service providers (including Stripe and Netlify) operate globally and may store or process data in the United States or other countries. By using the Services, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. 10Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this Policy and as required to meet our legal, accounting, or reporting obligations.

- Server logs — kept by our hosting provider for the period set by their default retention policies
When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it.
11Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls on credentials we hold, and reputable third-party processors for sensitive data such as payment card numbers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
